Jackson Howard obtained his real estate license in July 2008. He founded Driven Property Management and became the Broker-In-Charge of this entity in 2013 servicing the Jacksonville, NC market.
Driven Property Management was approved as a 3rd party management company by FHA to manage Williamsburg Place Apartments (280 units) in 2013, which it still manages to date and is currently an approved FHA property management entity. Jackson was instrumental in the lease-up of Williamsburg Place. Driven took over management of the property when occupancy was 78% and leased-up the property to over 93%. Williamsburg has maintained an average physical occupancy of 88% and is currently at 95% physical occupancy.
Jackson has vast experience in preparing, analyzing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, marketing plans for existing and new construction, capital projects, as well as net operating income growth.
In June 2019, Catina Rhinehart and Jackson Howard formed Sweetwater Property Management. Together, Mr. Howard and Mrs. Rhinehart have 16 years’ experience and currently manage a portfolio of 1,347 units in Fayetteville, NC and Jacksonville, NC. It is significant to note that Fayetteville, NC is a military market, which present certain challenges related to deployments and the higher turnover customary in military markets. Both have successfully managed assets in military markets.
