Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant reports to the Property Manager and they serve as the primary contact for residents and prospective residents looking to renew or engage in a new lease. The Leasing Consultant’s primary responsibilities include all elements related to leasing, including but not limited to: communication to residents and prospective residents, handling walk in traffic, touring, generating lease documents, signing and closing leases. In addition, the Leasing Consultant will assist the Leasing Manager in coordinating resident activities, leasing activities, assist with move-in, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. The Leasing Consultant is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
- Participate in the daily operations of the property
- Process leases, complete lease files, and ensure all corresponding paperwork is accurate
- Phone and in person sales to prospective residents and renewals
- Assist with leasing events and activities
- Participate in resident retention events and activities
- “Shop” properties in other states or markets
- Assist with online Social Media representation, presence, and marketing outreach
- Thorough knowledge of office applications and company policies
Apartment Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Property manager and is responsible for the overall work orders, cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are grounds, parking lot, and community area upkeep to include pressure washing, work orders, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
- Speak/Smile to all parties in pathway
- Participate in the daily operations of the property
- Cleanliness of the grounds, pool, leasing office, and common community areas
- Work Order response
- The Turn and Make Ready process as directed by Property Manager and/or Maintenance
- Adhering to company policy, state and federal safety and fair housing laws
- Hands on repair and upkeep
- Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
