Angela Davis serves as our Human Resource Specialist at Sweetwater Property Management. Originally from Florida, she grew up and attended school in Fayetteville, NC. Angela began her career in the multifamily residential sector in March 2007 as a leasing specialist. By fall 2008, she was promoted to Assistant Community Manager, and within a year, she became a Community Manager. With a mix of formal and informal training in the industry, Angela has opened up numerous opportunities for herself. After over a decade of on-site experience, she sought to broaden her understanding of off-site operations and was offered the chance to transition into Human Resources in June 2022.
Currently, Angela is pursuing her studies in the Business Administration/Human Resources Management program at Fayetteville Technical Community College. She remains passionate about learning, growing, and making a positive impact in the multifamily residential industry.
