Catina Rhinehart began her multifamily housing career in 2003 and currently holds the position of Broker in Charge (License #275649) with the NC Real Estate Commission, as well as President of Sweetwater Property Management and Morganton Management & Development. In her role, she supervises both the corporate and property management teams across all properties.
Catina is responsible for comprehensive property management, which includes weekly and monthly financial reporting, creating marketing plans for both existing and new developments, managing variable expenses strategically, overseeing capital projects, enhancing revenue, boosting net operating income, and fostering talent development.
Her diverse experience includes roles such as Leasing Specialist, Property Manager, Multi-site Property Manager, Acquisitions Specialist, Director of Marketing & Training, and Director of Operations, along with providing consulting services to local management companies. This extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of various property types, demographics, locations, and their unique challenges.
Mrs. Rhinehart holds the National Apartment Association’s CAM and CAPS designations and serves as an Advanced Instructor for the association. She became a licensed North Carolina Broker in 2013.
From 2004 to 2021, Catina was active with the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association, where she served as Past-President. Currently, she holds the position of Governance Chair for the North Carolina Apartment Association and has previously been a member of the National Apartment Association Operations Committee.
